Shipping and Warranty Terms
UC Drone Inc, the Walkera USA center for drones and Walkera Americas warehouse. Besides R&D, our plans are to move as much models and parts to the USA to service our North American customers and dealership, making it the largest Walkera Parts Store outside of China. We recognize this may take time and will be driven by demands, however we will still be able to ship all parts and new models directly from our Walkera factory and even manufacture parts On Demand (JIT). Warehouses do not like to hold inventory for long, so count on us, we will be conducting sales, deals all year round, so check back for more surplus deals.

Popular products purchased by end-users are usually shipped from our USA warehouse if indicated (and in stock), if not our logistic manager can find any parts in storage at factory . We will automatically ship it from the factory at no additional cost. Products that are newly released or pre-release orders, parts, custom orders, limited editions or in large quantities, will be shipped directly from our factory in Guangzhou China or FedEx Lantua Island H.K. Warehouse facility; either way items that are over $500 will be shipped with UPS/FedEx/USPS/TNT/DHL duration (5-7 days) plus handling time, which ever one is the fastest to please all our customers/clients. You may also know that LiPo batteries are subjected to certain restrictions so we may use different carriers at any time to be complaint. We cannot ship to PO Box and your physical address must be confirmed when using Paypal. Any products over $750 will require a delivery signature. Discounted shipping are usually included for items over 10 kg, as the cost of shipping from factory can cost USD$205.12 (a Voyager 4, 22kg cost $890) via DHL. Selected model aircrafts usually include free shipping and you can add additional parts on the same order for free shipping. Small products up to 0.5 kg will also have a discounted flat rate via USPS or International Post. It is the customer's responsibility to pay all customs fees, duties and taxes at time of package delivery, it is the law of your country.
Our USA warehouse is being stock up at the same time while supplying to our US distributors / dealers. Our Seattle Warehouse will house the inventories for all North America dealers. You can order to Pickup and save on shipping. Call the warehouse to confirm an appointment, after you order.
Large quantities shipped to dealers or corporations will be shipped via container and may take up to 2 weeks for delivery and customs to clear.
Major Holidays Please note our USA Warehouse will close during Christmas/New Year holidays - month of December every year. Our China Factory will close during the Chinese Spring Festival Celebrations - month of February, every year, for two weeks.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Additional Handling/Restriction Fee may apply to Middle Eastern Countries, Africa (contact Support directly for invoice and estimates).
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. A Low Order Fee may be added for orders under $6.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. Most model aircrafts have free shipping and you can add additional parts on the same order for free shipping, the discounts are estimated during checkout. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights may be rounded up to the next full dollar.
Authorized Service Center
UC DRONE INC offers service and maintenance plans to customers who want to get their models repaired or maintained. Like any vehicles, regular maintenance is recommended. Please create a Support ticket for a Return Authorization (RMA) before sending any models for service. Please be prepared to include videos or photos showing areas needing repairs, in order to obtain estimates. Contact Support
Warranties and Repair Policy
All sales are final, products cannot be returned for any reason including a customer no longer needing or wanting a product or lack of product knowledge. If the item is faulty, in which case the following applies.
All products sold by UCDrone will have minimum warranty of 30-days and each major component (example motors, gimbal etc) may carry it's own warranty terms or commercial service contract or extended warranty exclusive to UC Drone . We only warranty products sold by UCDRONE, due to our separate USA accounting system and management. Due to the nature of the hobby, we do not cover damages as a result of a crash or LiPo batteries that are not properly stored. Warranty is voided when your model aircraft and any equipment is subjected to a crash or have been modified physically or by firmware.

No Extended Warranty
All products are checked before they are sent out. In the unlikely event that product is faulty, we must be notified within 30 days of receipt and product must be returned to our service center for repair at the address as provided by us, provided that the device has not been altered beyond that necessary to evaluate it, has no physical damage, and has been soldered or assembled by the user. Manufacturing defects identified during that period will be repaired by UC DRONE INC or replaced by with the same item. You are required to provide photos or a video of the item(s) if returns for servicing is required. This is to help us assist you in evaluating the problem, before you ship back a product. This will help you determine if a product is indeed a defect.
UC DRONE INC will not accept products that have been clearly used more than the amount needed to evaluate their functionality. If the products are found to be in working condition and the lack of functionality is a result of knowledge or assembly error on the customer’s part, no replacement will be made, but the products will be returned to the customer at their expense. The warranty is voided if there is evidence that the product has been modified, hack, used with non Walkera software, parameters changed or an effort to “unauthorized fix” it, UC DRONE INC will not be responsible and therefore will not provide an exchange or repair it.
We may choose to send you a replacement part (DIY). If you prefer to have it repaired at our service center, an estimated labor cost will be provided by our USA Authorized Service Centers.
UC DRONE INC shall not be liable for special, indirect or consequential damages, losee of profits or production or commercial loss in any way connected with the products, whether such claim is based in contract, warranty, negligence, or strict liabilty. As UC DRONE has no control over use, setup, final assembly, modification or misuse, no liability shall be assumed nor accepted for any resulting damage or injury. By the act of use, setup or assembly, the user accepts all resulting liability.
If you as the Purchaser or user are not prepared to accept the liability assciated with the use of Products, you are advised not to purchase the products immediately.
